Podere Cornacchino is a newly renovated Tuscan farmhouse where the owners live and where they have decided to welcome guests.

The property consists of only two flats, here we present ‘Il Leccio’. offering a relaxing and intimate environment .

The property is completed by the manor house, the duck pond, a large garden and a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the vineyards and olive groves of the Tuscan countryside.

The Space

Upon entering ‘Il Leccio’ consists of a large kitchen/living room, the brickwork kitchen in perfect Tuscan style is fully equipped. Smart TV, free wi-fi, and a washing machine inside the flat are just some of the services the flat is equipped with. Bathroom with shower and a large bedroom, with a double bed and an armchair bed, suitable to comfortably accommodate three people.

Completing the flat is the outdoor area where you can dine, the swimming pool and the duck pond. A truly peaceful and relaxing space immersed in the Tuscan countryside suitable for couples but also for families looking for an unforgettable holiday. The strategic position allows you to quickly reach the small villages of Val d’Era but also the main Tuscan cities such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Livorno.

Guests have access to Podere Cornacchino through an electric gate and can park free of charge inside the fully fenced property. The flat is accessed by entering the access code, while in the common areas such as the garden and the swimming pool you can move freely, always respecting the rules.
